Handy – 100% Foley Sound Design

This is where it all began... My very first foley sound design project for the animation Handy! Foley is the art of creating everyday sound effects in sync with on-screen action, and this project was a defining moment in my journey as a sound designer. Every sound in this video was crafted 100% by me using creative, hands-on techniques:

Bubbles in water: Simulated using a straw in a water tank to achieve an authentic underwater effect.
Stomach sounds: Created by rubbing a balloon for a deep, organic texture.
Hand walking: A challenging sequence requiring precise timing and delicate movements to ensure seamless synchronization.
Whooshes and telekinetic powers: Designed using a metal cup to produce a magical, resonant effect.
